We want you to love your Boden items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn and unwashed garments within 90 days for a full refund. For items returned after 90 days, we'll provide a Boden account credit to use on your next purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
